4 Healthy Salad Tips!

Think salads are the healthiest option for a meal? Usually they are...but beware...salad dressings and toppings can be filled with TONS of unhealthy calories. Here are a few salad dressing tips:

1. Leave off the bacon bits and croutons - they are usually highly processed foods!
2. Use organic cheese - and not a whole bunch of it!
3. Add protein - think outside the box on this - try beans, seeds and nuts!
4. Skip dressing and try using a few squeezes of lemon!
